Cloudwords Added New Features, Enhanced Capabilities, and Expanded Integrations for its Growing Customer Base in 2015
The Cloudwords team thanks its customers for a fantastic 2015! The localization process is critical to our customers’ global operations strategy and necessary to effectively engage customers and prospects in regions worldwide. To meet our customers’ needs for a superior translation automation platform, Cloudwords added new features, enhanced existing product capabilities, and built new native integrations with more than 20 industry-leading platforms to make localizing content easier, less time-consuming and more effective.
2015 was a year of amazing growth and achievement for Cloudwords. The following stats highlight the rapidly growing adoption of Cloudwords’ technology:
A Year of Integrations
Key to Cloudwords’ success—and our customers’ success—is the ability to connect with any platform to streamline the translation workflow and eliminate the tedious copy and paste routine that takes up too much time, is fraught with errors, and hinders global growth. In 2015, Cloudwords introduced more than 20 native integrations with leading cloud-based platforms and services, including:
New Features & Enhanced Product Capabilities
As always, the Cloudwords team continues to build on the platform to further improve core features and functionalities. Cloudwords Enterprise Edition now offers ‘Collaborative Review Workflow’, a new capability ideal for global marketing teams who need to review translated assets (e.g., in-market marketing managers, brand managers, etc.). The new feature allows the Project Manager to assign multiple users to review assets for a particular language, and also enables full control over the review workflow with the ability to dynamically add and remove reviewers, view status of reviews, extend the review due date, or end the review early, among other capabilities.
Further, Cloudwords delivered significant advancements for its Marketo and Oracle Eloqua integrations, as well as new Project Management capabilities for all editions, including new options for different workflows, such as file-by-file workflow, collaborative review workflow, and bidless project.
The industry’s leading collaborative review and editing tool, OneReview’s advanced technological capabilities make it the easiest way to review and edit translated content. OneReview enables multiple collaborators to make necessary or suggested edits to the translated asset, even if it’s a webpage or an email. In addition to new and enhanced user experience capabilities, OneReview now offers additional features to further enhance the review process in all Cloudwords editions.
